Why an all female group?

For years, it had been a slight irritation that often the teachers at a conference were mostly male and 95% of the participants were female. In organising post-graduate seminars, I decided that I wanted to encourage more female teachers. The first all female seminar I organised in 2025 was an all female group. The participants just loved it. The energy in an all female group is different. It's warm, loving and invites opening up in a different way.

I posted the idea on Facebook and there was a outpour of support. It was heart-warming. A group of women reached out saying that they'd love to teach. Also a few women reached out in support of helping it organise. We decided to co-create and it has been an incredible learning journey. Exactly what we will experience also in February 2026.
